Purchase or restore problems

The full library is a one-time purchase through the App Store on iPhone and iPad or Google Play on Android. It is not a subscription.

To restore a purchase:

  1. Confirm that the device is signed in to the Apple Account or Google Account used for the original purchase, using the same store where you bought it.
  2. Open Help & settings in Look Here: Baby Contrast.
  3. Choose Full library & restore or Purchase status & restore.
  4. Choose Restore purchases.

Apple processes App Store purchases; Google Play processes Android purchases. Look Here: Baby Contrast does not receive payment-card details.

For billing, refund, or purchase-history questions about an App Store purchase, visit Apple Purchase Support. For an Android purchase, see Google Play refund help. Refund eligibility depends on the store’s policies and applicable law.

Sound or vibration is not working

  • Open the options for Animal Play and confirm that Animal sounds and Gentle vibration are enabled.
  • Check the device volume and any connected headphones or speakers.
  • Gentle vibration is available only on supported devices.
  • Music & Shapes uses its own music setting. Animal sounds and classical music are controlled separately.

Look Here: Baby Contrast does not require microphone access and does not record audio.

Leaving a card session

Hold two fingers anywhere on the baby-facing screen for about one second. The session also ends automatically after one minute.

Printing and sharing cards

All printable PDFs require the full-library purchase, including printable versions of free on-screen sets.

From Print, choose Letter or A4, select a set, and use the system print or share sheet. Printer availability and sharing destinations are controlled by your device’s operating system and installed apps.

Using Look Here: Baby Contrast with a baby

Stay with your baby, keep the device steady and out of reach, and stop if they seem tired or upset.

The age collections help caregivers browse the artwork. They are not developmental assessments. Look Here: Baby Contrast is an art and interaction experience, not medical advice, treatment, or therapy.

Privacy

Look Here: Baby Contrast has no app accounts, ads, advertising tracking, or developer-run analytics. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location access. Google Play handles Android purchases and restores and collects billing diagnostics to help maintain its billing service.
